1. Do you produce or trade the ingredients?

We are a vertically integrated manufacturer, specializing in the production of botanical extracts. While the majority of our products are manufactured in-house, we also collaborate with vetted partners to ensure supply chain stability for select ingredients.

2. Can you provide customized specifications or formulations?

Yes, we offer comprehensive customization services based on your formulation needs. This includes adjustments to active ingredient content, mesh size, carrier selection, and other parameters to align with your product development goals.

3. Are your products third-party tested with supporting documentation?

Absolutely. All our products undergo third-party laboratory testing to verify identity, active ingredient content, microbiological data, heavy metals, pesticides, and other quality parameters. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.

4. What is your typical sample lead time and quantity?

Sample requests are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Standard sample quantities range from 20g to 100g, depending on the product type and availability.

5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 25 kg per ingredient. For certain high-value or customized extracts, MOQs may vary and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Can I order a small batch or trial run before a full purchase?

Yes, we welcome trial orders and can accommodate small-batch requests to help you validate product performance and market response before scaling up.

7. Can you accommodate urgent or rush orders?

We understand the demands of fast-moving markets and do offer expedited processing and shipping options. Please notify our team in advance to ensure priority handling.

8. Can you provide custom packaging or labeling?

Yes, we support custom packaging and private labeling services to meet your branding and regulatory needs. Options include bulk packaging, sachets, jars, and retail-ready units.

All packaging materials we use are certified food-grade and comply with international export standards, including FDA, EFSA and TGA regulations.

10. How do you ensure product stability and shelf life?

Our products are produced under strict environmental and storage controls. Shelf life is verified through both accelerated and real-time stability testing, and we provide recommended storage conditions with each batch.

11. What is your typical production or lead time?

For in-stock products, lead time is typically 2-3 business days. For custom formulations or out-of-stock items, lead time may range from 2-4 weeks depending on raw material availability and production requirements.
